Policies

Processing & Shipping: 

Processing and shipping time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays. 

Processing: All orders are first processed before shipment. Standard processing can take anywhere between 2-5 days. On occasion, it may take longer due to holidays, weather, delays, or low stock of an item.

Shipping:

Standard: USPS - $14.99 10-15 business days. 

Express: Fedex/Ups - $35.99 5-7 business days.

Your order will arrive within 2-15 business days after processing, depending on the shipment method selected at check out. For example: if you select 5-7 day shipping, it will arrive within 5-7 business days after processing completes, unless there are delays with the shipment company. Please note delays as such are out of our control.

Luxe Vault Co. is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Refunds & Returns:

In the case that there is a problem with your order, you MUST contact us within 24 hours after your order is marked as delivered.

Returns/Exchanges: Only acceptable if the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item or size (MUST send videos/pictures of proof).

Return items must be unworn and in pristine condition with all original packaging. Every return request is subject to an inspection and approval. If your return is denied, you will be notified via email and the package will be returned to sender. 

Refunds: Refunds are only available if there is a mistake made on our end. Refunds are issued via store credit. You are able to use the store credit for any future orders.
